Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. Please note that delivery to remote areas (e.g., certain islands, military bases, or ZIP codes with limited carrier access) may be subject to additional fees or extended delivery times. These restrictions will be clearly indicated during checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Extended Processing: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or promotional events, processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Exclusions:Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays, such as:

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s status. Delivery times vary by shipping method:

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping Promotion:Occasionally, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount (e.g., orders over $50). Eligibility and details will be clearly stated on our website during the promotion period.

Tracking Your Package

After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can track your package using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) or via the “Order Tracking” page on our site by entering your order number and email.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Address Changes: We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been processed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
Undeliverable Packages:  If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment; if you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be issued if the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, take photos of the packaging and damaged goods, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
